Is there any maintenance on the artificial turf?  There is very little maintenance on synthetic turf. You may need to remove twigs or sweep away leaves. You can wash your fake grass with a mild detergent and water.

Can I have artificial grass in my apartment?  Synthetic grass can be used on roof gardens  in condos /townhomes and balconies of homes where it is hard to get lawn mowers and gardening equipment. Indoor putting greens and apartment putting greens are very popular.

Is it safe for my dog?  The Canadian 4 Season Turf is suitable for pets. The grass will not stain from dog soiling. Your dog will not be able to dig holes or make any mud. You can wash the synthetic turf with a mild detergent.

What does the artificial turf feel like?  There are a few different ways of installing the artificial turf. You can create a softer underfoot grass with a rubber underlay. This makes it a great area for kids to play on. All synthetic grass is installed on a sand filled base for a natural feel underfoot.

What is "Xeriscaping"?  It is pronounced as if it began with the letter 'z". Xeriscape landscaping essentially refers to creating a landscape design that has been carefully tailored to withstand drought conditions.

What are some other cheaper alternatives to lawns?  Artificial lawns  can be incorporated into your pond features, backyard putting greens, and walkways. Rather than moaning the loss of lawn space, think of it as an opportunity to experiment, by adding extended patio areas, gardens and colorful stones and rocks, bamboo poles or interesting xeriscaping plants.

Can I walk  and play on the artificial grass, as soon as it is installed? There is no down time once the seams have been glued and the synthetic turf has been filled with sand.  

What happens to the synthetic grass when there is heavy rainfall?  Canadian 4 Season Turf is designed to withstand heavy rainfalls. There is no drainage problems.

Can I create and build my own putting green in my backyard? Home putting greens are becoming very popular. Backyard putting greens and indoor putting greens are available thru our company.  We can help you design and install your synthetic putting green.

Can I install an indoor putting green? The same synthetic turf can be used to create indoor putting greens. The only difference will be the underlay and the length of the grass.

Do artificial putting greens look and feel the same as real grass putting  greens? Our synthetic turf is specially designed so that the golf ball will have the same bounce and roll on the artificial putting greens.

What kind of maintenance is there with  having  artificial putting greens? There is vertually no care involved. There may be a few twigs and leaves to remove. If you live in a damp climate, you may have some moss removal. Backyard putting greens can be used all year long.
